cant log in or change pasw

just woke up in da morning and tryed to log in as usualy, the game said bad pasword but i know its okay.....so i tryed to change it but it said its locked due to suspicious activity.....so how do i go to  acc if i cant evevn log in, in suport stuf...?

Hi.

Friend the same thing happened to me.

I woke up, did my things at home and tried to login and it said the same.

I got 1 email from ncsoft that had the security code but from an unkown IP.

I just cant login in that account.
I sent an mail to support@bladeandsoul.com.
I hope they answer and help...

looks like I'm not alone on this. I'm also waiting due to the same thing that happened to me. Hope they respond after they have asked me some questions.

I've contacted the support and they are investigating.

It's very weird to get that when I have done nothing wrong.

And the funny part ( not really) is that it was on 1 april...

For a moment I thought it was a joke  : /

 this happened to my wife this morning for no reason, we was both playing fine last night and I can still log in my account. 

 

checking around the forums and reddit there seems to be an unusual number of players having the same issues, surely this can not be pure coincidence, makes me very suspicious of actually how safe NC's security is.

Yup same here they changed pass and email...and I love how its always got to be because" you visited a gold seller site" bs remark....Will see if people make the same remarks when it happens to them.
