Hongmoon Black feather??

can any1  explain how  to get  it?  I though u just had  to get  a 90day premium membership :O  which I recently did.   yet no black feather        was  there something  else I had  to do to get it ?

You can't buy it in game, you have to sign up for the re-occurring 1month-90day-365day membership on their SITE (through the shop on this page.) NOT from the Ncoin store in game, you use your CC/Visa debit information and it'll auto bill you. However you can cancel it and still get the feather

As stated above, and to add to it you can sign up with PayPal so you don't have to give ncsoft your credit card information. I signed up for 30 days through the site then cancel right after. Still debating on keeping membership or not.

Nothing. It's an accessory. Should be in F3/Closet so you can preview how it looks on yourself.
