Disconnect from server

I select my character , and  immediately show the disconnect message.

 

I try to do what the support for technical insues says, but isn't affective. Someone can help?

I am having the same issue as well, can't even get past character selection screen today.  Same error, 1000 132 10054.  In the past I could get in at least for a few minutes, and then d/c, now I can't even get on.  This issue has started ever since Silverfrost update, well a few days after it.

Isn't. This morning i log in, play with 15 minutes and log off because of the maintenance in thi morning. When i patch the game, first start with erro 200, i fix it, and now i having the 300.

 

I already put the game in firewall exceptions, put off my antivirus, restart my modem and my computer and my problem continues...

try disabling firewall and antivirus remove or turn off any network intensive program, the reason you are getting this error is because you have an unstable connection to the game server, or their server is crappy idk but you will need to maintain a smooth connection to the severs in order to play the game without any problems.
