I want a Ice/frost build pve warlock

Im new here and i want a ice/frost build pve warlock....coz i dont like a spam skills but i like the ice attribute skills of warlock so anyone can help me or give a suggestion what is good...

Keep in mind that the Ice build only really works well once you have the Hongmoon Book for Dragoncall to unlock the final row where as the Dragon Helix (Shadow) build will work well both with and without the book. 

 

For your 2 (Soul Shackle) you can swap between the first and last tiers depending on if you need the AoE Snare or just want Single Target damage and don't want to snare the boss.
