Names and quest's indicators not showing

Am I the only one with this issue right now? Is it a known bug?

No, I definitely have the issue as well, my friend too..

 

The game will randomly stop showing names like this

Sometimes it even stays for a long time, and not even triggering combat can fix it, pressing CTRL+X does not fix the issue (even if that's the correct key combination assigned to Toggle UI).

 

This issue has been here for quite a while (around 2 weeks by now for me?) and it definitely needs attention as it can become very annoying while trying to clear your quests or in open world PVP.
