I made my Bladedancer in March 4  and I reach Lv 45 today. I havent received any rewards from this event .

"Level any new character to 45 within three weeks and get exceptional rewards."

I Checked my mail and I nothing new showed up. I was wondering if I can still claim this rewards.

You receive the rewards the following tuesday/wednesday after reaching 45

 you get the rewards in the the item mail some time the day after maintenance, I got mine last Thursday so you should get yours this Thursday, the day after 23 march.

 

The rewards will be distributed at defined intervals throughout the leveling challenge, and characters that were level 10 or under—and reached level 45 before server maintenance on March 23—can expect to receive their rewards the day after maintenance each week (March 10, 17, and 24) following when they hit level 45. The challenge rewards will be sent to the account-wide Received Items tab, where it can be claimed by any character on the account.
