"The Price of Progress" and "Purple Haze" Achievements

• The Prices of Progress: Use a Stage 10 weapon as an offering.
• Purple Haze: Salvage an unsealed purple weapon, outfit, ring, earring, and necklace.

Where do I find a stage 10 weapon, and where do I find a salvagable purple outfit? Don't say Hongmoon Weapon because that doesn't work.

for the wep i hear u can buy the starting wep on the 1st village.. probably just buy that.. make it stage 10 then use as an offering?... for the oufit.. well hongmoonstore are the only oufits u can salvage so yah..
