Level 50 Balance Patch Notes

More along that note, we receive the same balance patches as all other regions.  It is important that we have the same balance patches because we intend to participate in the World Championships this year.  There is no custom balancing for our region or any other region.

So we have confirmation that we are getting the latest balance patch notes within the level 50/Silverfrost update. And so, here are what Assassins are getting then:

Mist Slash (LMB):

  • Element change: None -> Shadow

Heart Stab (RMB):

  • Tier 4 Stage 1: Now increases damage to targets with 5 poison stacks, 0.50 attack power modifier.

Dark Strike/Lightning Pierce/Awakened (F):

  • Dark Strike:
    • Base: Now heals user 5% of damage dealt.
    • Tier 2 Stage 1: Now inflicts 1 stack of bleed for 10 seconds.
  • Lightning Pierce:
    • Now heals user 5% of damage dealt.
    • Now inflicts 1 stack of bleed for 10 seconds.
    • Now increases damage to targets with 1 poison stack, 0.50 attack power modifier (not mentioned in freedomplays).
    • Lightning Rod cooldown reduction on 5 poison stacks: 5 seconds -> 6 seconds.

Hook Kick (Tab):

  • Now recovers 6 focus and enters stealth when used on Grabbed, Phantom Gripped, or Pinned enemies  (not mentioned in freedomplays).

Shadow Dash/Sidewinder (1):

  • Base: Now recovers 6 focus and enters stealth when used on Grabbed, Phantom Gripped, or Pinned enemies.

Decoy (2):

  • Stage 2: Party effect range increased 16 meters -> 50 meters.

Poison Breath (4):

  • Tier 2/3 Stage 1: Damage increased, 12.25 attack power modifier -> 20.00 attack power modifier
  • Tier 3 Stage 1, 3 (Choke Bomb), 4 (Plaguemist): Now reduces Time Bomb's cooldown by 10 seconds on first hit.
  • Tier 3 Stage 4 (Plaguemist): Damage increased, 8.0 attack power modifier -> 12.0 attack power modifier.

Lightning Rod (4):

  • Stage 2:
    • Cooldown increased, 12 seconds -> 24 seconds.
    • Tier 3: Recover 3 Focus -> Recover 20 Focus over 5 seconds
  • Stage 3:
    • Damage increased: 4.5 attack power modifier -> 5.0 attack power modifier.
    • Now chains faster into other skills.

Acrid Star (X):

  • Activation tooltip has been modified: Resist on Decoy, Lotus Fury, Shadow Dance/Sidestep Left, Shunpo/Sidestep Right, and Lotus of Escape Call.
  • Focus recovery increased: 1 -> 4

Lotus of Escape (V):

  • Self Pull (Stage 1):
    • Tiers 1 (Heal 1% health and generate 3 focus on move) and 2 (Resists damage during and after travel) merged into base skill.
    • Tiers 3 (Usable while stunned/dazed, +15 second cooldown), 4 (-15 second cooldown if used while not CC'd), and 5 (Usable while Grabbed, Phantom Gripped, Grappled), merged into Tier 1.
    • Tier 2 removed; a blank spot fills its space similar to Stealth Tab Escape Tier 2.
  • Dead Party Pull (Stage 2):
    • Tiers 3, 4, and 5 Stage 2s moved to Tiers 3, 4, and 5 Stage 1 (doesn't do anything except reorganize the tree).
  • Lotus of Poison (Stage 3):
    • Tiers 3, 4, and 5 Stage 3s moved to Tiers 3, 4, and 5 Stage 2 (doesn't do anything except reorganize the tree) .
  • Lotus of Rescue (Tier 5 Stage 4):
    • Party Pull:
      • Party Pull effects moved to Stage 3; Party Amplification split to Stage 4.
      • Tier 3:
        • User enters stealth for 15 seconds.
        • Pulls party members inside the Lotus of Rescue 8 meter bubble to user on Rescue Call (call also destealths us).
        • All party members gain 100% movement speed for 6 seconds on Rescue Call.
        • Pulled party members cannot be pulled again for 1 minute and 30 seconds (which is also the skill's cooldown timer)
      • Tier 4: Transported party members are stealthed for 3 seconds.
      • Tier 5 (Hongmoon): Pulled party members resist damage and status effects for one hit for 3 seconds.
    • Fighting Spirit (Party Amplification):
      • Tier 3:
        • User enters stealth for 15 seconds.
        • Entire party within 50 meters gain 40% critical chance, 50% critical damage, heals 70% of damage dealt, and 100% focus restore for 10 seconds.
      • Tier 4: Resets the cooldown of Poison Breath, Venom Swarm, Choke Bomb, and Plaguemist on use.
      • Tier 5 (Hongmoon):
        • Dark Strike, Lightning Pierce, and Lightning Rod damage increased by 100% while amplification is active.
        • Lightning Rod cooldown is decreased by 6 seconds on Lightning Pierce hit while amplification is active.

This is what the new Lotus tree looks like. All in all, we're getting a wealth of quality of life buffs while being more useful than ever with our own Fighting Spirit.

what does it mean PvP wise? im sick of that I get deleted by BDs or BMs due to 1 mistake...

That means. 

You are invincible and invisible. xD
