Your equipment actually wasn't all that low. I remember my AP being around 350 with maybe 40% crit about 35k hp when I first beat Jughado. He's quite easy for Destroyer's, as opposed to Mushin who is much harder for us. All you have to do is chain CC him. He doesn't have an auto resist or a wake up attack like Mushin either.
