Before the bot horde I could not make gold and lost roughly 70% of my fights.  This season I am gold on a ten win streak.  I really do wish I could say it's because I have imporved but there is no way to tell since I fight nothing but bots.   I have no feelings of accomplishment... in fact when I hit gold I didn't feel anything at all.  Getting a ranking I feel I didn't earn feels hollow.  Sucks since I don't believe I have the skills/reflexes to break into platinum against the more advanced bots.
