TigerKFM Posted March 13, 2016 Share Posted March 13, 2016 I wanted to refund my NCoin on my current premium plan in order to buy the recurring plan. Sadly because my main account was banned for debating with a moderator on the definition of racism a few months back (It was a 24 hour ban that was never lifted), I'm unable to send a proper report in order to get the help I need. I was told to create a NEW account in order to get help. I did that and now a GM tells me to log into the BANNED account to revert my premium purchase (As stated in the previous paragraph, I can't...) and when I tried, it still shows me as logged in to my other account, despite logging into the banned one to even get support.
