Borbardment or Dimentional Volley

Im confused choosing between these two spells. Usually i run with borbardment but i noticed problem on the end of my rotation with windstorm. I shoot normal rotation following with V then 4 following by rapture/borbardment waving ,repeat; when V ends i use 3> repeat above and Leech, repeat above. After it i have V on cd at last 10 seconds running like a chicken. I cannot do nothing with it, just spam bormardment/rapture weave. Dimentional volley gives u the possibility to short the that Windstorm cd. You spam Dimentional>rapture if crit>Dim. salvo>100% rapture and it lowers cd by 2s.

But if u have the Leech buff on u can just spam Dim voley>dim. charge without waiting that 1s delay beetwen Voley and salvo and it shortens by 2s also much faster with each charge hit. But im afraid if i loose dps like this. What do u think ppl.

Yes, Dimensional Salvo will give 1 spectral orb per hit and an extra spectral orb if it crits.  So it will give a potential 2 extra orbs but only when Salvo hits.
