Hongmoon Breakthrough and Evolve item list

To breakthrough and evolve your weapons and accessories, they require specific items.

 

Does anyone have a list of these items so that I can keep an eye out and not use it to level up? I don't want to get one and then accidentally use it to level up.

Note some items have had there evolve material amounts reduced,  while leveling, especially in the lower levels (up to around level 40) you get all you need while questing, doing main story quests or doing the surveys.
