Tips on BM vs. Summoner Matchup?

This is my hardest counter from my experience, so I was wondering if more experienced players had some advice? I'd be watching videos, but unfortunately I have limited data so streaming video is a limited resource.

My problem I find myself having is that when I try to focus summoner, I tend to get that KD, Root and Cat-pin combo before having half my HP burst down. Even if I avoid this, the summoner tends to heal up.

When I focus the cat, well, I'm constantly being bombarded, even during the air combos (at the startup and ending). It's not that I always lose, but it's very tough.
