Help Needed

Hello all, I could use some assistance. Whenever I attempt to install Blade and Souls, when I reach about the 15% to 30% mark, I suddenly get an error that stops it called Error E02024. I have tried multiple "fixes" in the hope of finally being able to download it, but none of them seem to work. Any ideas? I have already contacted support about this, but I have yet to recieve any assistance.
