Please help me.. regarding lag problem

guys please help me on how to send some tickets or whatever it is called to the game support. I am having lag problem sometimes whenever in the boss clash like MM/POH or Blackwyrn.. to make it more specific, like for example in mistywood i got 70-100fps then when blackwyrn clash it drops to 10-20fps.. that causes lags and cant even cast skills..

 

this is my system:

intel i5-4460, MSI b85m gaming motherboard, 8gb Kingston HyperX(dual channel), zotac GTX 950 2gb Amp, playing @ 1080p thanks in advance hope you can help me so i can enjoy most of the game
