Disconnected from the server (1000) NetworkErr(132) WSALastErr(0)

So here's the deal.

 

Before the maintenance last night (March 9, 2016) I was able to login to the game just fine. But after the maintenance I had this problem since, and I can't pass through the CHARACTER SELECTION SCREEN. Anyone of you might have tips for me? The support team won't reply to my tickets. Please if there is anything you can give as an advice that would be great!

If you are using a batch file to run the client, and you haven't patched it yet through the official launcher, you won't get past the character selection screen.

 

So better launch the game through the official launcher, let it patch and run the game just once to test... then go back to using the batch file again. This time you'll get past the character selection screen.
