WHERE IS THE SIREN RING AGAIN?!

I've been running E fleet and Blackram 6 mans and everything but this thing does not drop!! I have 2 45's my I've never paid attention, my older 45 has the ring upgrade for some reason I can't find the Siren ring anymore.

 

 

Where is the best place this drops or my RNG sucks on this new character...
