Sneak attack option

Allow players to crotch and sneak behind enemy players and once we're close we can use a one hit kill attack like backstab, throat slit etc.

I know this is an adult game but we can't be attacking ppl with our crotches, from behind or not, surprise bumsecs is no laughing matter! :|
