Best soul shield/gems for a Warlock

I am a level 45 HM 1 Warlock I was wondering what is best soul Shield that helps with me  survive longer while in the open world and in dungeons  for I am planing to go for the moonwater arena soul shield from what I seen it gives sorta the best defense stats in the game so far and let me make this clear I am looking for soul shields that give high Defense, Critical Defense , Evasion , Block , HP regain Evolved  Defense . Or any combo of what I said would be helpful. Also what gems would be good for a warlock as in terms of gems  in order to  further boost the defense. I have  gem that give 400 block, HP regain trigger on evasion and HP regain trigger on block. Yes I am trying to defy the squshy class
