Scheduled Maintenance – 3/9/2016

Starting at March 9, 4:00 AM PST / March 9, 12:00 PM UTC, all servers will undergo maintenance for approximately 3 hours. An in-game notice will be given 30 minutes prior to the maintenance starting.

 

Below are the list of changes introduced within the update:

• Premium Membership will now be available as a recurring subscription service. More details available in the Recurring Premium Membership article
• Added a level 30 restriction to buy gold from the Currency Exchange (must be level 31 or higher)
• Pre-Season 1 has ended and Pre-Season 2 has begun
  • Pre-Season 2 schedule: 3/9/16 - 4/6/16
• Warlock Leveling Challenge rewards will be sent out to those who qualify by 6pm PST on March 9
• Fixed an issue where character names and clan names would be locked for 1 year after using a name change voucher or disbanding a clan
  • The lockout period will now be 24 hours instead
• Fixed an issue where some players were unable to transmute Hongmoon Coin with Venture Tokens
• GameGuard will be updated to improve stability and detection of illegal 3rd-party software
• Various localization fixes including:
  • Poharan's Gun Oil -> Poharan's Perfume
  • Soulbound Stone -> Evolved Stone
• Routine server maintenance and modifications

We are currently investigating an issue with the Marketplace affecting both NA and EU Servers. At this time we only confirmed that the Marketplace isn't available. We do not have an expected time of resolution yet.
