the portal for entering the story dungeon "Twilight Garden" in the Brightstone Occupation is bugged, it doesn't work. like running into a wall

Sadly this is a long-known bug carried over from beta. In fact I filed multiple tickets after the game went live, all of which were closed by after a lengthy discussion (known bug, we are looking into it, will be fixed next patch, etc, yada yada). We are talking NCSoft here, so it's no wonder that ABSOLUTELY NOTHING happened since.

 

The only chance you have is: enter the portal, get stuck. Change channel and keep trying to run forwards whilst moving left/right. Quite often (six of seven cases here) you manage to "pop" the bubble and you are suddenly inside.
