Zero Alkaiser Posted March 5, 2016 Share Posted March 5, 2016 Ok since the new update I know bugs have been rampant and problems have been arising. Sadly I am here to report another. Since the new update anytime the game launches my system, a vista yes I know vista is terrible but we all work with what we got, goes crazy and shuts down anything even things I am not aware of that are running all with the excuse of DEP, Data Extraction Prevention something it does when a program is pulling more memory then vista is comfortable with or thinks is a hostile program. To counter this, I have added bns to my exceptions list. Nothing changed. The problem is so bad that it will not let me open any programs while bns is running. Fire fox, nope, a folder to look at something, not at all....Task Manager, not even that. Sadly that is only one half of the bug I wish to report. There is also the matter of not being able to use the ingame marketplace with f5/at all. when I try to bring up the window it is nothing but a blank white screen. The same is for character profiles. If I try to look at another players profile, you know see what soul shield they have, crit stat, all the things that were available before are now not seen cause of a blank White screen. I am not sure what to do, I have done everything even followed other forum posts advice. Even going so far as to turn off my firewall, as suggested in another post, to see if that would stop it. no luck. my game constantly lags thanks to my system going nuts and keeps giving me notices of things turning off over and over again, even the same ones again and again. There is no viruses or malware as far as I can tell on my computer even after several scans. Please Help. Thank you for any future responses. Turned on exceptions for Awesomium blade and soul and more to try to get DEP to stop activating on them. It doenst work. Uninstalled and reinstalled BnS, got another antivirus to scan things to make sure nothing was wrong but still, my problem purists. I love this game I really do, but whatever changed when the last update hit caused all these problems, I dont know what to do. While I can get over not being able to see other players profiles to compare things to, the marketplace is a big hit, the constant alerts to my computer and other things makes this game completely unplayable for me. I have pushed through to a certain point but only because the enemies haven't been able to one shot me and its at the point now where they can. No longer will I be able to process and thus once again the game has completely ground to a halt for me. At this point I would love nothing more then to play the game but can't, I wont quit but at the same time I will never progress which is the same thing as not playing at all. I want to play I know I have repeated myself several times but its cause I really want answers solutions or just reassurance at all that my problem can be fixed at all.
