Unable to get object

I spent  a half hour last night trying to get the lvl 22 razor in Darkglimps.  I started again today at noon and have played straight thru.  It is now past 6:30 which means I have been playing more than 7 hours in the same dungeon again and again and again.  I can not get the razor needed.  I have received everything else.  Some as many as 7 times.  Is this some not so subtle way of saying we have to 2+gold to but it because that's the market value apparently.  This is very frustrating.  Is this a bug?
