pesky gold trade bots

So now gold sellers started to spam a friend requests ingame. This way i can't right click on them and block&report. If i decline a friend request they just throw me another one. And now they are even sending me private messages on this forum. What shall i do to get rid of them?

As of today I been getting friend requests from the gold sellers as well. What they should add is the option to auto deny friend requests to the game. It's kinda shocking that option is not in the game yet.
