Bots do not care if they are banned. Just create more, why bother to appeal.

Only real players care if they are banned.

To the OP, I don't know what server you are on but I have noticed a huge difference on  my server where the bots seem to be down to nil now.  I don't see much spamming in chat channels either.  So Ncsoft must be catching a lot of them and banning them.  Now, do they catch all of them?  No.  You can help with that by just reporting the bot.  I know there have been some REAL players who got caught up in the ban wave, and maybe some of them are innocent of any wrongdoing, and maybe some aren't.  But for those who haven't done anything I feel confident with a little effort and communication with the support staff that they can get their accounts back.  I am glad they are now going after people.  Because I have seen a huge difference.

lol I've seen a few bots on a few diff servers stuck trying to get up that cliff!
