We have been seeing a lot of inquiries on why some players account have been suspended from the game and to ensure you get the assistance you need, please email Customer Support - support@bladeandsoul.com so that they can review the action taken against your account. Please only submit one ticket and do not bump your ticket multiple times as it will reset your place in our queue.

 

Responses may take up to 24 hours depending on the volume of requests at the time you submit your ticket. We appreciate your patience as this process is time consuming.

 

Please be aware that we cannot discuss account details on the forums.

 

Threads discussing this issue will be closed and directed to this thread so that affected players can get the information and help they need.
