Keyboard/Mouse Bug

Hello guys, I'm wondering if you guys know a fix to how to fix these issues:

 

1 - From time to time my character gets stuck on Auto-Run mode, even if I zone to another map, my character Auto-Runs forever.

This one is "fixed" by opening Menu (ESC) and choosing "Customize UI". After that, exit the menu and I'm back to normal.

 

2- Unable to use A, S, F and other keys. This cost me a couple of PVP losses since it triggers at any time.

The only fix to it so far is to close the game completely and then re-start it and its "fixed".

Anyone found a faster/better fix? hopefully a permanent one for both bugs?
