Server Hao District problem?!

As it seems I have the same problem as many of us. I cant connect and play, it freezes and thats it after character selecting..

However, if I play my 1st character on DE Windelweide server i can connect, but on Hao District were my beloved Warlock awaits, it stucks after selecting and starting game..

Is that problem server related?
