Differences between TW & NA Servers

Hi All,

Other then the language. What are the differences between the NA and TW servers of BnS?

 

I play from Singapore in South East Asia. And have issues with ping. But at the same time, I heard/thought that NA servers have the least grind, which I prefer. And is english which I seriously prefer.

 

So what are the key differences? I would very much like to know. Thanks
