Literally Nothing Happens

I installed Blade and Soul onto my computer, really stoked to start playing, but when I log into the Blade and Soul Launcher, quite literally NOTHING happens. Launcher disappears and then nothing shows up on my Task Manager. I've re-installed the game 3 times already. What is it that I am doing wrong? Can anyone help me? I'd really love to begin playing today. If anyone could help, that'd be amazing. Thank you for your time.

Start as admin might help

Restrict BNS folder from ur AntiVirus / windows Defender also can help

Hi there!

 

If what Minii said doesn't work, try this:

Start Menu > type cmd > right click on cmd.exe and run as admin > type  "netsh winsock reset" (no quotes) > hit enter > restart the computer once the command is completed.

 

This helped me everytime I had an issue with the launcher when it wouldn't update or connect at all.
