NPC,Players names are hiding

Hey, i made a warlock and i got a problem with the Names and with the Crosshairs. Sometimes (quite often) i didnt see my Crosshairs and Names of players and npcs. Totally random i can see or not. Someone got this bug too? or just i have this problem?

Is checked, i tried all. Reset all settings and still got the problem
