How long do tickets usually take?

I have been responded to twice saying that they would help me and after I reply it is like I being ignored the ticket has been open for 15 hours so far. Is this long or do tickets take much longer. It was cause my account got hacked and some of my items and gold went missing so I wanted to get it restored. I already got my account back and setup 2 factor authentication.

My account was banned... took 3 days to resolve.. account REBANNED 24 hours later... been 16 hours and no reply.
