Made a warlock today and well, this is the first thing I noticed! I'm sure this isn't where you put your dagger.

Technically, it's a sacrificial dagger with role only in making blood pacts, so it acts as a conduit, you don't use it to slash anything. The placement makes it so you can differentiate it from assassins but also it serves a more decorative purpose.
