[GAMECRASH] Mushin Tower F7 <-> F8

Game keeps crashing for me when I walk up to floor 8 after having beaten floor 7.

If anyone else encounters this problem please report here.

 

Will post updates if I find a way to fix it.

Using the launchers file repair option was not successfull.

I will try to completely reinstal lthe game in another directory.

 

This is really not fun. Mushin F8 is like 25% of the new content.

A friend just told me that at the point where the game keeps crashing a cinematic should be playing.

It may be related to the issue.

 

If anyone can tell me the name of the cinematic file that is supposed to start when moving towards F8 of mushin tower I may be able to get the problem fixed.

As we can see NCSoft really care of community, really, what are you *cricket*ing doing ? THERE IS A LOT OF BUG AND YOU DON'T REPLY TO A SINGLE THREAD

 

I tried to disable firewall,avast,repair 3 *cricket*ING TIMES ? Nice game will fall in 6 months.

I can see feel your frustration but please do not use this thread to vent it.

I am currently in contact with the support team and they are trying to get this issue resolved.

 

You should contact the support team yourself to get the problem fixed. The more people work together with the tech support, the sooner they will be able to help us enjoy the game again.
