Account deleted??

Hi, so here's the story. My friend cant log in to his account, it says that the information is incorrect and when he tries to retrieve his password it says that the email is incorrect.
But he was playing with me yesterday and today at 7am GMT+1 , and now hes back from work and he can't access his account. Its like the account has been deleted or doesnt exist. He had 2 x 45 lvl characters there so he's pissed off, and I understand him. He sent a ticket to NCSoft but it will probably take few days to get it sorted. Anyone had an issue like that?

There's a high probability that someone hacked your friends account  , not only that but had access to his email and change his account info

wow, for real ? if thats true then it sucks... He just got an email asking to give them some info about account and then they will try to locate the account ...
