Game crashes after selecting character

Anyone else have game crash after trying to login to characters?  

 

After double-clicking any character on character-select screen the game crashes and I get the BnSCrashReport window popup saying:

"An error has occurred in your Blade  Soul client.  An error report has been made regarding the status of the installed Blade & Soul client, your hardware configuration, the DDL list loaded to the memory and data relevant to other client errors.  Do you want to send this report to NCSOFT?  >Send  >Cancel"

 

I've tried file repair, closing all background utilities, and manually removing any recently modified files in game installation folder then redownloading/reinstalling those files, but game still crashes with the above message.

Problem solved:  Have to close down any virus/threat protection software thanks to gameguard...  Like playing in a public pool naked -_-
