Game force closes when I try to log in my main or my newly created warlock

I just finished patching without a hitch, I created a warlock without problems, when I tried to log in my newly made character or my main character, The white screen (The NCSoft) appears and the game automatically shuts down on its own and this message appears

 

i need help on how to fix this.

man I swear, I was happy that I though I could play during my day off, now im just devastated :D

Turn off AVG temporarily and log into your desired character. . . Profit???
