Can't Send Mail after purchased 5$

Hi , I bought 5$ NCoin By Code yesterday , and i received my 400 Coins , but then i tried to use the mail but was still blocked , so a friend told me to spend them , but there is no change , Need Some Help :/

support won't help you at all , i have the same problem... i'm going in circles with them, they just keep copy pasting different replies and finally when i thought i was making progress they sent the same copy paste that they did at the start , support in this game is actually a joke.

for me the mail did not unlock when i purchased 5 euro ncoin, 

not even after i bought a student pack with it 

 

but, after a few hours from spending the ncoind i checked if it was still locked and it was not , so maybe try in a few hours after spending , or well, after maintenance

Someone told me if i buy premium mermbership , the mail will be unlock , so , its not a matter of buy NCoins?

I waited 7 ~ 8 hours , but its still blocked

that might be the case , since the student pack i used the ncoins for does include 7 days of premium time that activated immediately
