45s rushing low level dungeon bosses

from a lvl 45 point of view on this

 

most of the time this is happening when you rush ahead to gather up the mobs and kill them and then you wait for everyone to catch up at the boss

9/10x a lower lvl rushes at the boss for whatever reason he thinks he can and then people who died because of the fire blames the lvl 45 ones and rage on them.
