What is level 50 content like?

Hi, for all of us that hasn't played other regions, what is level 50 content like.

 

Of course I know there will be another Silverfrost transformation stone and other mats to upgrade your gear.  I am interested in how much gold do you get from quest and stuff like that in general.

 

If we only played pre-45, we would never know you can make gold pretty easily, what about level 50, does making gold become alot easier as well?
