What kind of compensation are they thinking of?   My level 45 characters don't have any use for a Cinderlands key.

My assumption would be, at best, a cinderland key.  Which is why when I submitted my ticket I only listed the single character in the issue range who could still benefit from a fix.  (though, not for long.  I have all my cinderlands stuff except infernal, and that's what I'm probably going to (try?) to do when I get home tonight.)

 

I wouldn't really expect any form of compensation for something free that you didn't even know you were missing at the time you worked around it.
