Lag or bug?

At least once in an hour, my keys suddenly respond 0.5 sec late. It wasn't like this before last Wednesday. If it were lag, I other players shouldn't be fluid right? Anyways, its not funny when this happens in arena or boss fight.

No its not you... I tried to fight Terrors today.. What used to work in the last couple of days doesnt any more.  I either lagg out or cannot attack, attacks are triggered about 1~2 minutes later and I am beeing teleported around the misty woods. In addition to the connectivity issues today this is just the cherry on top. Since tommorow is update day Who knows if they'd even fix this issue..
