Patch Notes can we has them ?

Could we have the patch notes at least before the server goes back online after the maintenance ?

 

At least we have a light read while we wait for them to come back up.

normally we would be getting some kind of info atleast a few days ahead of maintenance but this time we are in the dark...i wonder why

Considering how much was missing from the last patch notes with the multitude of undocumented changes, giving us a blank page to stare at and labeling it as patch notes would be just as good.

The idea usually is to have patch notes at least while the servers are off, not when they are back up and no one will read them.

 

also, can someone tell my why there is a string of numbers instead of my nickname and the forum says I can't edit my own profile?

No, they will not be complete.  Complete patch notes in an MMO would contradict the prime directive and cause a rift in the space/time continuum.
