Sorry, I didn't get the notification when you replied!

 

If you're using WTFast that's why you can't login. If you're using any programs that will make your connection faster or your ping better, you won't be able to login. Apparently GameGuard is blocking the use of those, and NCSoft removed it weeks ago but they put it back. Try logging in without the help of any of these softwares.
