Every 18s, Assassin throws a dagger from stealth. Dagger lands, they can use an infinite-range instant "Daze" which cannot be f-rolled. Cue knockup web stun combo until you tab or just go 100-0 and die. So basically, as soon as he goes stealth I should spam spin?

A bit of distance will give yourself time to react -- you can't catch him anyway since he has a 60% movespeed buff while in stealth. It may seem counter-intuitive to let him get further, but being too close makes it easy for him to combo and stay in stealth indefinitely. Remember, KFMs and Assassins have RNG immunity to attacks, so even if you do everything right while playing aggressively, you may just get hosed by chance.
