trying to contact support for a supposed ban resolution this is what i get...

pretty hard to get unbanned it seems or i would say impossible, so, if you had a ban, and tried to contact support, check your email, possibly your email went to /dev/null ....

I'm fairly sure you're doing something wrong when you're trying to email no-reply@anything.anywhere - try making a ticket on website instead.
