Windows 10, crashes after clicking play

Ive tried deleting the bin folder, to delete the guard folder in the bin folder, restarting my pc i have no razer programs and it says an error has occurred in your blade soul client an aerror report has been made rearding the status of the installed blade and soul client, your hardware configs, the ddl list loaded to the memory and data relevant to other client errors. It give me no crash number or anything does anyone know a fix.
