Community Market Temporarily Unavailabe

So, since yesterday night when I try enter the CM and it only says Temporarily Unavailabe.

 

When the market will avaliabe again? Since it's unique way to get Moonwater Transformation Stone and sell some items I get in the dungeons for their real price (since the NPCs only give us 1C for almost all items .-.), i'm losing money and I can't upgrade my weapons for the same reason.
