Chats not working?

Logged in about 10 minutes ago after noting being on for about an hour and noticed that chats are not working, don't know if it's just me or everyone since I can't see anything but /say. Anyone else having this issue as well?

Have this issue for like 2 weeks already now.. Rarely & randomly chat starts to work.. but 90-95% time Guild/Faction/Party/Region chat doesn't work..
Support has already given answer like,' its a known issue. we r working on it' .. & i m going crazy over here.. playing BNS feels like single player game without any chat -.- i have lost my drive to play >.>
